Phil Ballo refused to replace my stove that caught on fire four times in one year. Then when I reported the issue to the board of health and state fire marshall, Phil filed false documents trying to evict me. Phil then told my new landlord I would not pay rent (which I had) and would not be getting my security deposit back. He and his lawyer lost the eviction case and then lost when I sued to damages based on his retaliation attempts. Hope it stings that Phil and his cronies lawyer (whom also represents the city of waltham) lost TWICE in court to a girl with no law degree!! ...read more
