At the time of your review we had introduced Select beef to our meat department in order to accommodate customers looking for leaner beef and help lower prices for those who could not always afford Choice Beef. We still have continued to offer Choice Beef as well. I have made changes in the operation of the perishable departments in our store. I am overseeing and purchasing all meat products, we now offer Certified Angus Beef, always USDA Choice I'm sure you will enjoy it. I truly appreciate yor remarks as constructive criticism. I am always trying to make my store the best it can be for my customers to shop. Remember I like good food too!Respectfully, Denis J Auclair owner Auclair's Market ...read more
