Although they stay well stocked their customer service is some of the worst in the Boston area. This of course is saying a LOT considering ANY customer service ANYWHERE near Boston is almost always horrible. Once you get done waiting in a line of 5 people that takes 20 minutes to get through (because the cashier is having a serious gossip session on their cell and can't be bothered) you get to exit the store only to be accosted by the many addicts begging for change right outside!
