I am a regular customer at the Plainville Panera bread. The food is always good and very fresh. I don't know who does the hiring but they do an amazing job when it comes to hiring the very best of people. The drive through service at this restaurant is very slow. Acknowledgement of customers is quite delayed to the point you question whether the staff recognize the customers. ...read more

this mcdonalds has to be the worst for service!! the employees stand around chit chatting and are very slow in getting your order to you, especially the drive through. also, they do not wear plastic gloves when handling your drink cups, i thought this was mandatory. I guess i will have to for go my (paul newman ) coffee that is very good, and go over to dunkin donuts!!!!! ...read more
