Oh my, I have been using Rick for years as our computer guy. This weekend our computer became very slow and was clicking. Rick took it in on Saturday morning and had it back to me Tuesday night. I returned a defective phone 15 days after purchase. I was charged a "restocking fee" because I did not want the same phone that was defective less than a week after purchase. I can only assume that they plan to restock the defective phone to sell to some other unsuspecting customer or they charge a fee for a service they do not intend to perform. Either way the practice is unethical and the business must be suspected for selling known defective merchandise. ...read more
