I returned a defective phone 15 days after purchase. I was charged a "restocking fee" because I did not want the same phone that was defective less than a week after purchase. I can only assume that they plan to restock the defective phone to sell to some other unsuspecting customer or they charge a fee for a service they do not intend to perform. Either way the practice is unethical and the business must be suspected for selling known defective merchandise. ...read more
