Fia has been doing my color and styling since I moved to Newton Centre 3 1/2 years ago. I've been to so many salons where my hair ends up looking "frosted" (like our mothers would get in the 1970s). Fia really listens to me, and was the first stylist who didn't dissuade me from going red. I think other stylists are afraid of using red coloring, but Fia gets it perfect every time. I've never gotten so many compliments on my hair before, or so many requests for my stylist's name! I haven't been unhappy with my hair even once since seeing Fia. The staff is extremely pleasant and friendly. If I want my bangs a little shorter, or any other request, Fia always takes the time to make sure I'm 100% satisfied before I walk out the door. The worst salon of all time. Supercuts for $20 will give you a better cut and experience. The salon owner is contemptuous and rude and the desk staff is also obnoxious as if they have no interest in making money. Perhaps this is simply a 'front store' for some other dealings??? ...read more
