They were once a very good bank however recently i have been charged 4.23 for having a statement mailed to me with out prior warning. It is incomprehensible to me that we were not notified of this new fee by mail prior to it being implemented. They did put a notification on the site but obviously i did my banking by mail so how would i have known that if i was not notified.
