I bought my Jeep at Imperial Cars and it was a very nice experience. Sales professionals were courteous, friendly and not pushy at all. Everyone who was in a 2 foot radius of me greeted me with a very genuine hello and went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable, offering popcorn, beverages, etc. I found my Jeep and fell in love with it. I also fell in love with another Dodge vehicle as well. The prices were not comparative as the Dodge was more money, but throughout the process I was never encourage to go with one vehicle or the next. I was given the practical information to make an educated decision and when it came down to it, i was asked how I felt about the vehicles, not about price point or anything like that. The specs on both vehicle met my criteria, it was just the style of the vehicles, maker and price that was different. The fact that I wasn't bullied into the more expensive one and my sales guy (Stevie) lead me to the one that he could tell I would be happier with shows me that not all Car dealerships are sleezeballs!
