Immature and unprofessional. After submitting a contact form with a description of the work I wanted done, he gets back to me with, "So what is it ur looking at?" I replied asking what info he was asking for and never heard back. I waited 5 hours then hired someone else. I sent an email letting him know I hired someone else and would be writing reviews based on my experience. His response was, "f%ck off' (he used a 'u' instead of replacing it as I did). 5 minutes later, he followed that with, "We obviously don't need ur job or care about ur review." This bad attitude has got to show up in his work and if you read some of the other reviews (which I wish I had done before wasting my time on this 'unprofessional', you'll see that it does, apparently often. This company is horrible. Their "budget plan" is just a repayment plan and unless you start it inMay, you do not quialify or you need to put up atleast $800 up front to start a budget plan. After hours answeriung service never relays messages and is rude. If I wasn't forced to use them as apart of my lease, I'd never use them. ...read more
