Called these folks after receiving their # from the manufacturer of my broken appliance. The woman who answered the phone had me on hold for over 8 minutes before a man picked up the phone to help me. He made me an appointment for the following week. He told me to call back at 9 a.m. on that day to get the estimated arrival time of the repairman . I call that morning and get an answering machine. I left a message. After waiting 1 1/2 hrs. , I call again.. This time a woman answers and she has the repair day on some other day. I wrote this on my calendar when the appointment was made over the phone: I took time off from work to wait and now they aren't going to show. I was directed to this company right from a GE helpline. My washing machine broke down and they came right out to take a look. That was August 2nd. It's August 30th and still no part. I called GE to complain. They called this company who told them they'd give me a call early this week to schedule an installation. It's Tuesday morning. No calls yet. I just called them and got a busy signal. I am always calling them to get something done. They never call me back with an update. I can't believe GE still refers to these people.
