Long line with exaggerated wait evenings late afternoon at drive up. Systems used to send orders and have food ready are not smooth at all. Head sets have restricted dynamic range difficult to hear mike picks up ambient noise distracting cust. Causes confusion. Orders are often not right. Location for drive up waiting dangerous to back out, blind to SUV trucks and vans with children. Narrow exit funnels to 1 lane after lead car at drive up. Cameras do not have night capability safety issue for back lot and employees using dumpster. Coffee should be dispensed from measured delivery, constant movement of hot glass containers a safety issue. Employees forced to multi task cross stations constant impediment to movement, creates confusion with cross talk, errors often follow in order as a result.
