They are the worst condominium management company ever. The women that answer the phone are very nice but they are not the ones you have to deal with to get anything done. Service staff say they will get back to you but they never do. When you finally reach them again, no one ever has any good news for you as to when things will be done to fix MAJOR things - like rotting wood on the exterior of the condo. They are unbelievable. In point, come mid summer when we have NO GRASS because no one waters it, they still send the landscaping company out to cut (the brown straw)! ...read more
