When we first began looking for a house to rent for our vacation in August of 2012 we sent emails and made phone calls to so many people. It amazed me how long it took for people to respond to us and there were those that didn't even get back to us. About day 2, my wife came accross Catherine Parkes and sent her an email to ask about a house that she had listed. In less than an hour we had an email back from her telling us that if we wanted to give her our phone number that she would call us. 15 minutes later my wife was on the phone with her and that began one of the most enjoyable vacation experiences we have had. After a lengthy conversation asking what we were looking for in a vacation home and telling us about the different ones that she represented, we chose a house and reserved our week with her.Over the lovely Michigan Winter we kept thinking about our upcoming vacation to Cape Cod and asked Catherine if there was anyway that she could send us some information on things to do when we arrived. We like to plan ahead. She said that she would have her Assistant put some things together for us. A week later a package arrived with brochures for just about everything you could think of doing on Cape Cod!A few more emails and phone calls back and forth and before we knew it we were headed to Cape Cod. We arrived on Saturday to pick up our key at the office and it felt as if we were about to see our "Friends" It wasn't just about picking up the key, it was that we were going to finally meet Catherine who we now called Katie and her Assistant Debbie.When we arrived at the Keller Wiiliams office there were Beach Pails filled with Taffy, Bottled Water,Cape Cod Chips, Brochures and Area Maps #Their Welcome Gift to all of their Renters#. And Katie and Debbie were there to greet us.The house that we rented was everything that they had told us it would be. We had a wonderfull vacation and I know that being lucky enough to find Katie and Debbie was a very big part of just how great our vacation was.We have told everyone how much we enjoyed our vacation on Cape Cod and we hope that within the next couple of years we will have the chance to return. My family has rented properties through Catherine in the past. From the very first contact, we received nothing but superior service. The house was beautiful and the service was "over and above". I worked in Customer Service for 20 years and I am the toughest critic when it comes to service. Catherine and her staff will bend over backwards to make each renters experience a fantastic one. The best thing that I ever did was to come across Fabulous Cape Cod Rental Properties when I was looking for a Home to Rent on the Cape a few years ago. With the number of homes that Katie has listed, we were able to find the perfect one for our family vacation! Over the years as our Family has grown we have had to change to a larger House and Katie has always had just the right one.
