Linda is fantastic! For the first time in my life a stylist actually gave me practical tips that helped me keep my hair in great shape. Her suggestions were so simple and realistic. I'm ashamed to say that because I followed her tips and got way less split ends, it's now been almost a year since I've seen her! Linda is the person to go to for frizzy, curly hair. \t\n ...read more

I've been going to Judy Jetson for over a year now, and I love the way Danielle cuts my hair. She's a bundle of energy, and is a lot of fun to talk to while she works her magic. \t\n\t\nBefore I came to JJ, I was getting my hair cut at a place in Kendall Square. The cuts were "ok", but each time I told the stylist that I wanted something different and that she could feel free to do whatever she wanted, as long as the cut was ultra-low maintenance and worked with my wavy hair... and they'd go right into giving me the exact same cut I came in with: a layered cut that was nearly shoulder-length that only looked good when blow-dried straight (that is not ultra-low maintenance, and my hair never looked good after the first day!!!).\t\n\t\nWhen I first went to Danielle, I told her the same thing. She thought about it for a bit, and then told me what she thought. I walked out with a "super-cute" (Danielle's words and I agree!) chin-length bob that looked vaguely flapperish, and couldn't have been happier with the results.\t\n\t\nI highly recommend JJ (and Danielle). If you're turned off by no frills surroundings, though, it may not be for you. ...read more

I had been going to the Diego salon on Newbury Street for a while and I was happy with everything except for the commute to get there. It was just really out of my way. So my friend suggested that I go to the one in Harvard Square since it would be more convenient for me and she personally enjoyed the pleasant service there. She recommended me to see her stylist, Faron, and I've never been more happy. I gained so many compliments after getting my haircut and color by her. Now I truly believe that Harvard Square is the new Newbury Street. This advice has really saved me from some bad hair days, so I'm going to pass it on: Go to Diego Salon in Harvard Square. It'll make you feel ""fabulous"". Thanks, Faron! =D ...read more
