The Commonwealth Solar II program has 1million dollars per quarter available for rebates in 2010 and in the past two years has distributed 20+ million. These funds will be distributed quickly and rebate wait times will increase as the year goes on. The Solar stimulus has 8 million dollars for businesses, here again when we look at how quickly the funds were distributed in previous years we know if you snooze you loose.
