From the moment I walked through the front door I knew I had made the right choice of hotels. I was greeted by 2 front desk agents, Lauren and Hannah were their names. Lauren and Hannah welcomed me to the hotel and made me feel at home. They were both extremely professional, courteous and as a guest you knew they truly wanted my stay to be memorable. I stayed recently Feb 2012 at the Boston Park Plaza Hotel. Although an older property the furnishings in the room were new. Nice King Bed , new 37" lcd TV. The bathroom was older but clean and adequate. I did upgrade to a deluxe king room and would advise this. The room was very large with a full size sofa and 2 bathrooms. each with a full tub and shower. The elevators worked fine and quickly. The location of the hotel is wonderful.
