This is by far the worst dunkin donuts in the worcester county area. They have flies in their food. They do not follow coproate protocols when it comes to cleaning equipment. Their Managers are unprofessional and completely unqualified to work there. I witnessed a the store manager blatently tell a customer that they were not due a $10 bill for change when he ordered a coffee and flat out stole the money from him. He even filed a police report. (I hope he gets his change). The assistant manager took her headset off and walked out because it was "too busy" for her to handle. The night time crew smokes weed in the back room on a regular basis. I've witnessed it myself. I would never go back here for business. ...read more
