This is the first time I have written a negative review and after this experience, I just had to. This company used to be decent, however, they have gone down hill. Had them do a washer repair and the unit was worst than before they came and was totally non-functional. Needed to purchase a new washer since they would not respond to my calls for 3+ weeks. Called many many times and left messages, and only one time did someone actually answer the phone. Stressed the urgency and still nothing. Finally after contacting the BBB they responded, and that still took them forever. Totally unprofessional. I WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN. ...read more
