This is the first time I have written a negative review and after this experience, I just had to. This company used to be decent, however, they have gone down hill. Had them do a washer repair and the unit was worst than before they came and was totally non-functional. Needed to purchase a new washer since they would not respond to my calls for 3+ weeks. Called many many times and left messages, and only one time did someone actually answer the phone. Stressed the urgency and still nothing. How can someone complain about a servicer not willing to "guess" over the phone. AND, how can you expect to have them work for free? I honestly don't know what people are griping about. I've always liked the customer service that Bill and his staff has given. If there has ever been a problem, one call to either Bill or Annette was usually all that was needed to resolve an issue. ...decide what you are willing to pay to fix it. We called about a TV that we've owned for 4 years and paid $500 for. I made it clear on the telephone when requesting the appointment, that I wanted to KNOW what I would be charged BEFORE making a decision to fix or not. I also described the problem as well as I could over the telephone (a high-pitched squeal coming from the back of the TV). A technician called back, at which point I repeated BOTH my request to know my costs beforehand, as well as the description of the problem. The technician said, "Well, TVs make lots of different noises, so I better come out." After listening to the sound for about 5 seconds, he told us that the fix would cost us around $400. (We had decided beforehand that our budget to fix it was $100.) We decided not to proceed, and the technician suddenly "remembered" that we now owed him an $85 fee for his trip. (!) I am very pleased to say that the service I received from Suzor Electronics was exceptional. The representive that came to my house was informative as well as efficient.
