If I had the option they would not receive a single star. The two people running the business are rude and disrespectful. My boyfriend has used this florist since we recently moved to Amherst 3 times already and after a recent delivery, we will never use them again. If you want a florist that believes in hospitality and respect for customer service, find another vendor. If you want a florist that calls you a liar, tells you that you are in the wrong and enjoy being hung up on because they cannot find the order confirmation for a delivery that should have been made 3 days prior, Knowles is place. ...read more
