Lone star did a great job on the floors in my home. The only thing is I had a little of a hard time with how long it took to complete the entire house. other then then that when everything was done, my home looks perfect. I will go back if I ever have to change the floors in my home again. :)

Tore up from the floor up

I can't believe I let myself be manipulated by these scripted sales people. They made promises and did Not deliver!! Overcharged, under delivered, "bate and switched" on the materials; I am just furious. I have also reported them to the Texas Attorney General, The Federal Trade Commission and the BBB!
