Loan Modifications San Diego

I owe such a debt of gratitude to Corey Goldstein and Fix My Report for successfully modifying my Countrywide loan! I bought a house in San Diego four years ago and got a pay option ARM loan from Countrywide, and I felt like the housing market would keep going up forever at the time. I feel so stupid looking back now, but obviously I wasn't the only one who got caught up in all the excitement at the time. Countrywide made it so easy for me and my family to get the loan for my San Diego home, but what was too good to be true was exactly that. I couldn't afford the payments when they reset, and there was so much money added on to the end of the loan in negative amortization. But after Fix My Report modified my loan, my payments are over $400 less per month and I can see how eventually the house will make a profit when and if the market rebounds. The best thing is that we didn't have to go into foreclosure and ruin our credit and we still own a "piece of the rock :)" in beautiful San Dieg
