If possible, I would rate them with 0 stars. They are the most unorganized people ever!!! They were constantly adding in extra fees and charges without showing where the money was going. Our escrow was suppoed to close on a Wednesday, but since BBC didn't send any of the docs out on time, it didn't. Then, we found out the they didn't even have the sellers docs notarized, so it slowed eveything down even more. In addition, it seemed that they were working for the sellers, not as a neutral 3rd party as they should be. I would never reccommend them.
