I brought my Android smartphone to have their technician to figure out why the screen was staying white permentantly. The technician took 3 hours instead of the 45 minutes claimed to look at the phone. When I first arrived, they handed me back the wrong phone. They also would not give me my recpeite until I asked. After the 3rd trip back, they were unable to fix my phone and claimed the warranty was voided. They also said I needed a new LCD screen. They also provdied no information as to what was my next step, even to if it was a discount to buy another phone till I was elligible to upgrade. I took my business to the other Sprint store which tested my phone and concluded the LCD was fine, but the main board was damaged. Since the first store flagged my phone, I am unable to have a working phone w/o paying $450 for the same phone new. I will never use this Sprint store again.
