My husband and I went Sat. Sept. 13th, around 7:00pm to order a hamburger through the drive through of the Burger King in Rayne, La. no signs were up to order so we drove around to the front to make our order. The manager was so rude. She refused to take our order at the window. Now, there was no one in line and she still refused. My husband asked again and she said in a rudely manner that we can go back to the mike and then she slammed the window in our face. We will not return and will engourage our friends in Rayne to not go back. We proceeded to McDonalds across the street and were pleased to see a smile on the employee's face. I am a resident of Rayne and have had this rude attidude from the emplyee's at Burger king one too many times. I can see why there were 20 cars at McDonalds and only 1 at Burger King on this night.
