I lived here several years ago. While at the time it was a clean community I found it to be invasive and absolutely corrupt. The people who ran the complex were husband and wife at the time -- he managed. There are strict guidelines in the lease regarding behavior, etc. Well, the then apt manager was arrested with another resident for shoplifting and his reward? His wife was named apartment complex manager and he began maintaining the units as a contractor ripping people off of their deposits. Also there was a monthly inspection where they would invade your privacy and basically search your apartment -- if you weren't there. The rent is cheap, but remember that you get what you pay for.
