I have been going to sonic since it was at old location, recently the service is horrible. Out of 12 people who have been there in the last 2 months (who usually eat there 2/4 times a week) approx. 8 of them had errors and or bad food/service every visit.I have been a waitress/cook/manager and team work is not in place. Is it hard to get workers who give a darn or managers without attitudes with their family hanging out? I always tip no matter what and I understand prices going up but now I avoid going there as well as my friends and co-workers (most only go for happy hour not food) my co-workers spend good money eating out everyday but not at sonic now. ...read more
