We lived here for three years and of all the apartments we've had, this place was the best. The building is great from the outside as well as many of the interiors are refurnished with new countertops and flooring. It's hard to get all those things in one place. I echo everything in the previous review. Many of the apartments have mold and/or plumbing problems, the gate and security are a joke, the mailboxes are wide open to all. The people who work at the office are unfriendly, uncompassionate, never call back, lie about not receiving complaints, and do not address problems. In my opinion:Cons:Cars broken into. My neighbor woke up one morning with his truck laying on bricks.Dog poops all around the track. Kids skateboarding around all hours of the days and nights.Loud music playing throughout the nights.THE WALLS AND CEILINGS ARE VERY THIN. We can hear everything going on around us. Maintenance were slow at fixing our issues. Entrance and Exit gates were often broken..Managements were rude at times.Swimmingpool were often dirty.Tennis courts lights were out often.
