I went into Planet Beach Uptown and the service was AMAZING! They really tend to their customers needs, and are not pushy with sales. My experience was relaxing and welcoming. As soon as I walked through the door I was greeted with friendly vibes and welcoming smiles. They sat me down and asked exactly what I was looking for and didnt try to oversell me to memberships and more than what I was asking for. It was kind of cool that they had not only tanning beds, but also some spa pieces and nutrition as well. The rooms were very kept up and my results were exactly what I was looking for. I just wanted to buy a tanning package. I simply stopped in to ask about rates. I wanted to look at a piece of paper. i wanted options I could pick myself, not a conversation with a sales person asking me to explain every thought process. \t\n I was asked twice who my appointment was with, then taken to a back room and soft sold on services I wasn't asking for. Trying to ask how much package rates are is pointless. All queations are answered with questions, trying to steer you towards "memberships" you don't need. GRILL!
