never called to schedule appointment, just showed up days later. Completely OVERcharged for the lock! if I would have had any indication of it being more than $100 i would have not had it installed! Totally unsatisfied! ...read more

I bought a house and needed all the locks keyed and one replaced. They sent out a fellow immediately. He had to wait for me but was very cordial and did the work very quickly and very well. But, I forgot about a side door. So I called back a couple days later, and the operator figured out which guy came to my house, had him call me and he came back out to service the side door and gate for just the cost of the locks, no additional service charge.
