ZERO STAR IS WHAT THEY NEED!! I am in the US Navy & was traveling through Metairie, LA, had a flat tire-a nail in it - took the tire off and went into the store, which closes at 5:00 p.m. & was told they could not help me - I would have to come back in the morning - I was 3 1/2 hours away from base & had to report in by 7 a.m. There were at least 4 guys standing around doing nothing and not one of them could help me. Goodyear is a tire store - a simple plug would only take a tire specialist a few minutes, but could definitely be fixed within 45 minutes. They told me to go to the other tire store, Firestone. Firestone did the same thing to me so I went back to your Goodyear store - it was about 4:40 p.m. and the store was CLOSED. This is terrible customer service but more than that, it's terrible human behavior. Common courtesy would have made most men take a few minutes to help out another person. I defend their freedom and they can't even take 10 minutes to help me out. ...read more
