I have one of their buildings which was erected about 3 yrs ago. What a huge mistake, sure wish the reviews were up before I decided to go with them. Building only comes with a 1 yr. warranty and service after the sale completely sucks.No one will return calls even after going to the local sales office in Broussard,La. or calling main office.Second mistake was not being on location from start to finish to over see the construction.On a scale from A to F from start to finish I rate it : B - The slab was poured in the wrong spot even after being staked off.B+ Frame could use more braces even though welded and check to be properly anchored.C Sheet metal cut short with gaps and holes in corners-roof leaks.F Insulation on roof there to hide leaks. F Walk in doors are cheap wood doors. A - roll up door is nice but they (factor steel) doesn't tell customer that door is not wind rated even though there is one available. Over all rating---D.
