staff were extremely rude and unhelpful. They had an opportunity to sell items to me but instead decided to mock me and my question. Odd but I guess you can understand their unhappiness with a company that has lost so much business in the last 20 years. I am a regular shopper of the New Orleans stores and will continue to frequent those and avoid this one at all costs and make sure others do as well.
