The company I work for began using this facility in the last year or two. The facility is nice, however, they are completely clueless about food allergies and how to accommodate them. The person in charge of our Christmas party sounded annoyed when I called her to ask about food ingredients for our party. I am very disappointed, as gluten-free diets are becoming more common today. It's so hot here in the summertime that I'm always looking for air-conditioned places to play. Jump Zone is great because it's indoors and air conditioned. It doesn't matter how hot it is or if it's raining. The kids have so much fun playing, and I get to sit down and relax. (They have a great staff of mostly high-school girls who supervise the play area.) We have been invited here for a few birthday parties, too, and those have been good. It doesn't look like the parents have to do a thing. There's even a party host who helps with presents, cake, clean up and all that.
