i called on 2-23-09 to pay my bill the lady got on the phone and was the rudest i have ever experinced in my life then hung up. so i called back and she hung up again then calling the three time asking to speak with the manager and she being no bettter also hung up this is sad for a company to handle they self in this kind of way ...read more

This is the most unethical company I have ever dealt with. I had a small, $52, \t\nanesthesiologist bill that was sent to them to collect on. I called the Dr. office\t\nto pay the bill and the lady in the office told me that the bill was sent to Lafayette\t\nBureau of Credit and I would need to contact them directly. She gave me the phone number, so I called.\t\nThe company had not yet received the bill and told me to wait until I received something in the mail from them. I waited and never heard back. About 2 months later, I contacted them again to pay, and found out that they had reported this information negatively on my credit report. I let several people with Lafayette Bureau of Credit know that I had never received notice of payment, and that I was happy to pay, I had just one request - that they fix their incorrectly reported information on my credit report. Not only did each person I spoke with decline to do so, I was hung up on, told too bad, one lady even stated I was wasting her time and hung up.
