While I don't have any problems with my water I am a little upset about the $400 "inspection fee" I had to pay upon moving into my house and I was apparently misinformed about my $85 deposit being credited to my bills. You only get that when you move out(or die I suppose). Bet they are betting that you will forget all about that. Still would like to know what they did for that $400. I recieved my monthly bill from them. It showed clearly that I had a credit of $50.00. I was happy that I didn't owe any for that month. Then, they sent someone out to cut off my water. My wife saw them and told them we didn't owe and they said, "oh that was just a misprint" (So you cut my water off for your misprint?) Anyway, they added a 50.00 fee to my next bill and, did not credit the CASH, that was paid on the spot, by my wife. (how convienent) My next bill showed owing $123.00. I called them and told them I had a reciept for the cash payment and was told they had to check thier records. DUH? Stalling to get thier records doctored. They are very unorganized and always err to thier own benefit. They have a pretty good racket going. ...read more
