I have moved multiple times in the past 5 years and have never had such a disappointing experience with movers. Coleman American damaged almost every big piece of furniture I own. There are large gashes in most of my wood furniture. This company is absolutely careless. They took over 8 hours to load my belongings after I had taken the time to pack almost everything myself before their arrival to expedite the process. I am in the process of filing a claim to have them replace my damaged items; I will update regarding their customer service in this area.
