On Nov 6, 2011 I stopped at the Hollywood Truck Stop, because it was on my way. I had never been there before. I purchased a carton of ciagareetes along with a few other items. After paying for the purchase it realized that i had been charged $12 more for the ciagrettes than any where else in town, so I requested to return them and get my money back. keep in mind I had purchased them only 60 seconds before. I was told that they do not give refunds on cigarettes. I feel that I was ripped off and will never go there again. In many years of traveling I have never been so disgusted with the way mgt. treats their employees. As if they were peasants and the mgt. were of royal blood. I have seen many good employees leave after being treated like common criminals in prison. I would not be surprised to find the manager laying in the parking lot one day after being beat down from the workforce. I made a purchase one day and the female manager was extremely rude and very unprofessional. Never before have I thought of driving my rig through a building and making someone a speed bump but this was the day. I hope that others will read this and pass it along on channel 19 that to give this place your business is like Giving Obama the keys to your house. Not a good choice at all.
