I am writing this review in hopes in helping someone avoid the embarrassment and disrespect that my boyfriend dealt with from Assurant. He contacted this company for information on a mortgage pre-qualification, and he knew that it was possible to get a no. However, this company took it one step further. You would expect a local company to treat you with kindness, respect, and a sense of guidance. This company did none of these things. The representative, named Keith I believe, laughed at him, and he has been down ever since. Luckily, his misfortune will keep me from letting any of my friends or family contacting this company for any services.
