Bought a Bosch 500 series washer/dryer May 2010, since June 2010 we have had 3 different techs, 6 times come out and try to fix the problems. Each had their own THEORY how to use and clean with these Faulty Design Machines. These machines DO NOT CLEAN clothes and the dryer does not dry. Tried and begged manager to get our refund from Bosch within warranty time . Bosch denied our refund because manager did not try to help us. These are front loader machines poor design and poor service from Stantons. Stuck with a pair of $2000.00 paper weights. You try having to take care of elderly 88 year old mother who is handicap and using appliances that do not work properly or at all. Thanks Mike for nothing! ...read more
