A close eye should be kept on this place for unprofessional conduct and complete disregard for the public that they serve. Not discarding timed out products especially chicken. The beef sits for hours at a time and i.s still served out to customers. I could go on and on, but I think my point is made. Nothing but profit matters there. Unfortunately there are not a lot of places to choose from here in Williamsburg. 9 out of 10 times i go through the drive thru and i get home and my order is never cirrect. The other day i got a cbo burger and no bacon on the burger so i guess it was a co burger. lol if the food is correct they didn't give me a straw for my drink. Just always something and i go through the drive thru atleast 3 times a week for the last year. I understand there are going to be mistakes sometimes but just about every flippin time. I like the food so its very aggravating for the order to hardly ever be correct. Somethings not right.... ...read more

I stopped at this Mcdonalds and ordered the 2 cheese burger meal with mayo only and I received one CB correct and the other one had everything on it. I took it back and asked for another CB the way that I ordered it. I was brought a CB with mayo all over the the burger and then there was no cheese on it. I took it back again and the same cheeseburger was brought back to me with the paper open and no one said that they were sorry. The manager told them to make me another one but she was too busy on her cell phone to worry about ANY customers needs or problems with their food. VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I did not feel safe eating the cb that they brought back to me, I ended up throwing it away and leaving I will NEVER return to this Mc Donalds AGAIN!! ...read more
