I came in yesterday for a ring. I didn't realize until I got home that I was supposed to have gotten a free bracelet with the purchase. Called them the next morning to ask they mail me one. That wasn't an option. In fact, the lady on the phone didn't know the sale was in force, even though there's a flyer displayed on the front door. I pointed out the dates of the sale and she didn't seem quite sure that was correct. Very embarrassing! So, I drove half an hour there to pick up the bracelet and asked if there was any kind of discount available in the store for my trouble. Nada, not even on other store merchandise. At one point, the saleslady responded, "Well, you didn't ASK for the bracelet". Wow! Not an experience I'm likely to repeat in the future. To their credit, a younger employee, Kathleen, was much nicer about it and tried to be as helpful as she could...even placing a call to see if a discount was available on something else in the store. ...read more

THE GUY THAT RUNS THE BINGO MAYBE A RETIRED POLICEMAN. HIS WIFE AND MOTHER IN-LAW PLAYS ALL THE TIME ..FRIDAY MIDNITE HIS WIFE WON THE TRIPLE BINGO FOR $500.00 .
