This picture won't attach but I still have it saved. It was suppose to be a Smores blizzard. I could pour it out like thick milk. I would not be sending you this but this is not the first time this has happened but this happens about 90 % of the time when I go thru the drive thru the at the DQ at 1007 Sylvia Drive in Richmond, KY . It was like eating crushed graham cracker crumbs. One time I did return the blizzard back to the drive thru person and told them that it was melted. But I should not have to do this at any time I go there. This is NOT a cheap treat for me to buy, but sometimes I want to treat myself and this store is convenient because it’s on my way home. So I take a chance and hope that will be one of the times I will get a better one but like I said 90 % of the time I am disappointed. I just wish that someone from corporate would talk to them about product quality. I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED! :-( ...read more

I orderered 2 dozen cupcakes for a brithday party. I had to pay extra for a screen print and extra to have 1 dozen chocolate & 1 Dozen white. The cupcakes were NOT fresh and were very heavy. They were not like normal fluffy cupcakes. The children complained that the icing was nasty. I paid alot of money for these cupcakes and they were awful. I am leaving a review for the CORRECT location. I will NEVER NEVER order from here again. Be warned. There is NO Way the cupcakes were baked fresh.
