Very disrespectful and unprofessional. Tried calling about renting the community room for my sons birthday party and wasn't aware that I had to live in lynnview to rent it. As I went to ask the lady a question, she cut me off and hung up on me. I tried calling back asking if there was someone higher up I could speak to about the unprofessional way she handled the situation, and she wouldn't let me. From the beginning she should have said " I'm sorry mam, we only rent to those who live in lynnview. Do you have any other questions?" But no. while I was asking a question she hung up on me.
