After being snubbed by a national box store when the time came to replace the lamp in the projection television I'd purchased there (they wouldn't even talk to me about selling me a lamp to install myself because I hadn't purchased an expensive extended warranty), I was referred to Park TV. My parents have been going to this place for all of their TV and small electronics repair needs for as long as I've been alive, but I'd never given the store a second thought. I'd already called around to several other stores looking for the part I needed to no avail. I went up to Park TV with nothing but my TV's model number in hand, and sure enough they had the necessary lamp in-stock. They even offered to explain how to install the lamp myself so that I wouldn't need to pay them for a service run. I ultimately decided to have them install it for me, but I've never before had an electronics store do anything to -prevent- me from paying for a service run. They were able to make a prompt house call to service my set (despite a sudden change in my schedule that they had to work around), and had my TV working again within 15 minutes of setting foot in my door. Everyone I interacted with at Park TV was as friendly and helpful as you could ever hope for. After the wonderful customer service I experienced at Park TV, I would never consider going anywhere else for television repairs again. ...read more

So I have warranty for my TV through SquareTrade (they are awesome) and the assigned my repair to Bailey TV. I never got a call from them, and every time I called them was because I hadn't heard from them in a few days, every time there was a lame excuse and after 2 weeks the parts for my TV still hadn't been ordered.
