Got a letter in the mail saying that you can’t be my Drs any longer at your office?? Say I failed 3 uriene test??? You think that would be discussed during an apnt!! My records have been mixed up several times!!! I have not nor will I take meds I’m not prescribed!! I have evidence of this because th VA test me as well & all are clean!!! I guess you just discriminate against DISABED VETERANS!! This was discussed in front of an office full of employees and a waiting room full of patients!!! What are HIPPA Laws???
