I followed Shannon from her previous location in Lexington and I have enjoyed the experience of working with her. My hair is very gray, straight and fairly stubborn to work with and she "gets" it! I would not recommend this place to a dead dog. I Went to the shop to get a haircut. Walked in and politely said hello and proceeded to take my seat. There were about 3 other customers waiting. One after the other they all got their haircut. More and more people walked and the barbers would call them to get their haircut. The barbers totally ignored me. after 2.5 hours of waiting. i asked why i wasn't being served and they said something o the effect that it was by appointment only. There was no sign that said that, none of them had the courtesy to tell me i was waiting, no apologies after the fact. I calmly walked out seeing they dont need my money.
