So, I'd like to start off by saying that the first reviewer was clearly having a bad day and took it out on this review, besides, if I'm running late for something then that's not the time to be stopping for hair cuts, unless you are completely shallow and CARE SO MUCH!\t\n\t\nAnyway, I moved downtown from the 'burbs around the first of the year and found this cool spot 2 blocks away. I would not recommend this place to a dead dog. I Went to the shop to get a haircut. Walked in and politely said hello and proceeded to take my seat. There were about 3 other customers waiting. One after the other they all got their haircut. More and more people walked and the barbers would call them to get their haircut. The barbers totally ignored me. after 2.5 hours of waiting. i asked why i wasn't being served and they said something o the effect that it was by appointment only. There was no sign that said that, none of them had the courtesy to tell me i was waiting, no apologies after the fact. I calmly walked out seeing they dont need my money. Their lack of customer service, organization and people skills is appalling. Shame on New Ebony !!! ...read more
