Please do not fall into this trap. My dtrs friend had a scheduled bday party for today and when we showed up, place was deserted! We just had a birthday party for my 5 year old. Everything was Clean, the service was the best, and everyone had a great time. l loved the fact the workers that helped the kids go down the slides and joined into the fun. It made the party relaxing for all the adults and the kids really enjoyed it. Couldn't ask for better. We got the smaller package and they let use bring our own cake and goody bags. The workers took care of everything. They even wrote a gift list for the Thank you notes. It was worth every penny! Super place and easy to work with. Thank You!!! ...read more

Great Time!!! Had a party for my 6 yr old twins and it was incredible. It was so nice to be actually be able to relax for a party for once. I was skeptical when I booked the party as the GM stated they were full service and that all I needed to do was show up and take pictures...but it was TRUE. The staff did everything from helping me pick which party to have, proving me invitations, calling me about 1 week to confirm party. Then we showed up 20 mins early and our party was on time and we had a great time in the bounce rooms. They do this rotational thing so that the kids don't get bored as we got to go into two rooms and the best part was it was Private. I felt very relaxed knowing my kids were in the room with me. Then off to the party room where we had pizza, cake, and ice cream. We opened presents and the staff seved us and even wrote down the gift list. Best part - NO CLEANUP and they even took all of our presents to the car. Will definitely do again!! Thanks.. ...read more
