I Called Planes M&S Cincinnati because we were moving into a new house that we had built, we didn?t want to take a chance on so called budget movers with a new house. We contracted for 3 movers because we had a lot of stuff to move. We were staying with my father-in-law and all of our stuff was in his garage mostly, with the some in his basement.\t\nPlanes was supposed to start the move at 10am, they called a little after 10 to say they were running about an hour late. They eventually show up at 11:30 and inform me that the third mover called in sick this AM and the mover in charge called a friend from his church to help them for the day. When I contracted for 3 movers I was informed that the third mover would cost an additional $32 an hour, which I thought was a little high but we thought it would be worth it. We come to find out that the friend from his church not only has no experience moving people but that he is more than mildly mentally disabled! \t\n\t\nOver the next two hours it became more and more clear that moving was not this persons calling. I decided to call the Planes office and speak to someone about it, I can?t remember his name but I think it was John. John told me there was nothing he could do for me other than to tell the friend to sit in the truck and do nothing; (which was fine with me because the mover in charge was spending more time supervising the friend then doing work) I asked John that I not be charged for the third mover and he said that was not possible and that I would have to pay for the time he worked.\t\n\t\nI had several conversations with John that day one more frustrating than the next, during this time my wife was helping unload the truck and doing twice as much work as the head mover. I explained this to John and he had a conversation with the head mover and which only leaded to the head mover threatening to lock the truck up and drive off with our stuff.
